Whiskey Sour
A very simple version of the classic.
- 2 oz. good bourbon
- 2 oz. Lemon Sour
- or: 1 1/3 oz. lemon juice and 2/3 oz. simple syrup (1/3 oz = 1 tsp.)
- Chill cocktail glass with water and ice
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake well with ice 10 – 15 sec.
- Strain into chilled glass
