- 1 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ¼ oz. 2:1 simple syrup
- Dash orange bitters
- 1 egg white or 3 Tbl. Pasteurized egg whites
- Chill cocktail glass
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to break down egg whites
- Add ice and shake well 10 – 15 sec.
- Strain into chilled glass
