2 oz. lemon sour ½ oz. grenadine 6 oz. club soda Dash rhubarb bitters Build in Collins glass over ice Stir well Garnish with fat lemon or orange zest and maraschino cherry

1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey 3/4 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 3/4 oz Aperol 1-2 dashes rhubarb bitters Chill an old fashioned glass with ice and water Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir Strain into chilled glass over fresh ice.
2 oz. vodka ½ oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur ½ oz. sweet vermouth dash rhubarb bitters Chill cocktail glass with ice and water Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice Strain into chilled glass
